We provide building specifications, as well as sourcing of our custom fixtures to you at our cost.    On-Going Assistance: Training A comprehensive two week training program is provided on both pre-opening and post-opening topics - ranging from Business Plan, Financing, and Site Selection... to Store Operations, Merchandising, Inventory Management, and Point-of-Sale system training.  Clothes Mentor® training manuals are included. Merchandising An expert corporate support team supplies franchisees with detailed product placement diagrams and specific updated merchandising techniques. Inventory Our inventory comes from our customers. Having a quality selection of inventory in the right quantities is critical to your success. We will teach you how to buy, price and sell product. Our custom POS hardware/software system makes it very easy to train new managers and staff.  It will help you to buy product, price it correctly, and manage the inventory  so you can maximize your profit potential. Operations Franchisees receive regularly updated comprehensive operations procedures used in all Clothes Mentor® stores. Twenty-four hour access to the Clothes Mentor® Intranet allows the franchisee to stay current with programs, procedures, useful tools, and training manuals. Advertising and Marketing Clothes Mentor® provides various forms of advertising ranging from broadcast and print media, to in-store posters and point-of-sale signage. We provide materials and direction for: public relations campaigns, local market advertising, and promotions. Resources Franchisees enjoy full privileges to our Intranet, and to our company subsidized annual conferences with management, vendors and field support staff. A Franchisee based Advisory Council meets quarterly with our Clothes Mentor® management team and to network with each other to improve our  business.
